Does the tool support SSL/TLS encrypted connections?

Yes. It supports secure SSL/TLS connections over Port 993 as well as STARTTLS and standard connections over Port 143.

Can I migrate multiple PST files to different IMAP accounts automatically?

Yes. In the Enterprise edition, you can use Batch CSV Mode to map multiple PST source files to distinct employee IMAP credentials and server hosts in a single automated process.

Are email dates and unread statuses preserved on the destination server?

Yes. The converter passes the original Sent UTC timestamp using the IMAP APPEND INTERNALDATE parameter, and maps read/unread and flagged statuses accurately.

What happens if the internet connection is lost during migration?

The integrated SQLite transaction checkpointing records the upload status of every message. When you restart the application, the Resume Center will automatically detect incomplete sessions and continue from where it stopped without duplicating emails.
