What iCloud Backup Tool Does

Log in safely using Apple's official App-Specific Passwords. You do not enter your main Apple ID password.

Mailbox data streams directly from Apple iCloud servers to your local machine with no intermediary web relays.

Runs natively on Apple Silicon (M1–M4), Intel Macs, and Windows 11/10 computers.

All iCloud folders, nested directories, and archive mailboxes are preserved exactly as they appear in Apple Mail.

Inspect message headers, formatted text, and attached documents before committing to a backup.

Optionally export into native Apple Mail .emlx format for direct drag-and-drop into Mac Mail.

Specify exact start and end dates to back up emails from specific timeframes.

Skips identical messages across folders to keep your local archives clean and compact.

Network drops will not corrupt your backup; the engine picks up where it left off.

Create clean, split Outlook PST archives ready for immediate import into Microsoft Outlook.

Turn your iCloud emails into easy-to-read, printable PDF documents with attachments included.

Transfer your iCloud mail directly into corporate Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace accounts.
